Climate Change is such an enormous and unprecedented problem that it may seem like our individual efforts can’t possibly make a difference. But, they do, especially on the food front. Think about it: if we are fortunate, most of us eat three times a day. That’s over 1,000 meals a year! Say you live with three other people – that’s over 4,000 meals in one household. Each of those meals has the potential to contribute to climate change, or to help solve it.
