FAQs on the Monarch Butterfly Endangered Species Act Petition

Frequently asked questions on the Center for Food Safety and Center for Biological Diversity's legal petition to protect The monarch butterfly under the Endangered Species Act.

The Center for Biological Diversity and Center for Food Safety, co-lead petitioners, are joined by Xerces Society and renowned monarch scientist Prof. Lincoln Brower in filing the petition.
